Group registration is applicable for registration of five persons or more.

The company or organization requesting a group registration must nominate one group representative who will administer the group booking. The group registration participants will get 15% discount in the registration fee.

1) As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only.
2) The conference program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.
3) Please note that ‘No Credit’ facility would be extended under any circumstances and ‘NO REFUND/ADJUSTMENTS’ for ‘ NO SHOW’ or ‘ABSENCE’ of a delegate would be accommodated.
4) Kindly note that delegate confirmation letter will be issued only after receipt and realization of appropriate fees along with the relevant details on the registration form.
5) Delegates will be given an identification number which has to shown on the day of conference. IAPEN Life Members Should Bring ID Card Issued by IAPEN with Unique Bar Code.
